What gets collected when you use this site, what happens to it, and what does not. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birthdate, a self-assessment of health, tobacco status, coverage amount and term preference. These answers are routed to the carriers' quoting infrastructure to generate rates, and this site does not retain them. Name, address, phone or email are never collected for quotes alone. Repeated identical requests use a brief local cache to spare the quoting service.

Applying

After you choose to apply, your answers feed into a secure application managed by the carriers' platform, and you accept that platform's privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, licensed in California (License 0B75129), manages the applications.

The contact form

The contact form captures your name, email, optional phone number, your preference for how we reply, the topic, and your message. Email sends the form to the agency, using your email as the return address. This website keeps no copy, no submission history and no archived messages. Browser-based spam screening runs before submission.

Measurement

This site uses first-party, anonymous measurement served directly from this domain and recorded on the same server. No cookies and no local tracking identifiers are stored. The first two octets of your IP address are masked before storage. Referring pages have their query strings stripped. Raw server logs expire after 90 days. Visitors sending the Do Not Track signal or Global Privacy Control settings are excluded from all measurement.

What we do not do

We do not buy, sell or share personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. Third-party analytics do not run on this site. The only third-party tool on this site is the carriers' application platform, which loads only when you visit the application page.
